Please enter the Provider Room only if you have a scheduled appointment.

You may enter the Provider Room up to 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Once you have entered, please remain in the waiting area.

Important: Therapy Appointments

If you have an appointment scheduled with one of our therapists, please be aware that therapists typically send their own links. Please you the link provided to you by your therapist.

If the provider has not joined the session:

If the provider has not joined the session, please check the following:

• You may not have a scheduled appointment.

• Your required payment or copay may not have been completed or collected.

• If you have a scheduled appointment and you have already paid, please be patient. The provider may still be finishing a session with another patient and will join your session as soon as they can.

Please do not repeatedly refresh or leave and re-enter the Provider Room while waiting.
